CURRENTLY WE'RE ONLY SHIPPING DOMESTICALLY AND TO PUERTO RICO
All orders are shipped via USPS FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL.
We do not charge additional fees for shipping and handling. You pay what we pay for shipping. All ordered items will be carefully packed and placed in an appropriate sized FLATE RATE PRIORITY mail container. Tracking information will be sent to you via your email address after the item has been sent. We try our best to ship items the same day. FLAT RATE PRIORITY MAIL means most items will arrive wihin 2-3 days, however, this is NOT guaranteed by the post office.
You can only return new, unopnened items.Once an item has been opened, you can NOT return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not sell items for trial usage. Please call us to notify us of the return.
About Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
